I keep visiting Blogger Help Forums and Other Google Products Help Forums to get updated with all the latest happenings and problems. Yesterday I was going through blogger issues in which I came across with same issue i had faced a week back and after applying all the possible technical things I did a simple thing which made it correct.
The issue was
"The template is updated in other place. Please reload the original page and retry it again. Error 500"

There is only one solution that clear all the HTML Template Edits which you have done just before getting this error and also clear all the Cache and Cookies of the Browser.
Actually I had added some HTML Codes before <Head> Tag of Blog which had caused a looping error.
It makes user unable to edit or even move page elements.
I hope after doing the above steps you will get your same interface.
